We collect the business and contact details you provide on the registration form, including business name, owner/contact name, email, phone, website, business address and operating location, business structure, years in business, the last four digits of your EIN (we do not request your full EIN on this public form), UEI, SAM.gov registration status, NAICS codes, services and capabilities, industries served, service areas, availability, equipment and workforce capacity, certifications, licenses, insurance, bonding capacity, past performance, and your opportunity preferences.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to evaluate your business for potential subcontracting, teaming, supplier, and emergency-response opportunities; to contact you when an opportunity aligns with your capabilities; to tag your profile by service category and state; and to maintain a vetted contractor qualification pipeline. We do not promise or guarantee any contract, award, or government affiliation.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your information. We may share relevant details with teaming partners or prime contractors only when an opportunity aligns with your capabilities and only to the extent necessary to evaluate that opportunity. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We limit access to your information to authorized personnel involved in reviewing registrations and matching opportunities.
6. Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by contacting us. Providing information is voluntary, but certain fields are required to evaluate your registration.
7. No Government Affiliation
AAT Legacy Solutions LLC is an independent business. We are not a government agency, and this website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government entity. Registration does not guarantee a contract, award, or any business relationship.
